Classes and Workshops
Contemporary Dance and Improvisation for all levels and professional dancers/performers.
Classes and workshops focus on activating the body and exploring different physicalities. Starting from moments of guided improvisations at different levels in space, leading to short sequences as well as training musicality and awareness in relation to space and others.
The flexible structure offers you the opportunity to expand and develop your skills, abilities and creativity while being introduced to different movement qualities influenced by my experiences in contemporary dance.
As I continue researching while engaging in artistic collaborations, participants in my classes/workshops can grasp tasks and tools that I personally found valuable over the years and that I am very happy to share and pass them on when I teach and choreograph.
Choreographic Projects
Working with dance practitioners on choreography is a practice I am passionate about and enjoy deeply. I love sharing tools that spark creativity and foster teamwork, while together developing ideas, concepts, and performances.
